Policies

• Reservations: Reservations are recommended in advance. Call (210) 271-3442, toll free: (800) 221-1412 , fax: (210) 226-3139, E-mail: info@brackenridgehouse.com . Minimum two night stay on most weekends. Rates are for double or single occupancy. In rooms which accommodate more than 2 persons, there is an extra charge of $25 - $35 plus tax per person per night. There will be a longer minimum stay for some special events.
• Payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, personal and traveler's checks, and cash. One night's lodging plus tax is due at the time the reservation is made.
• Cancellation Policy: We have a 14-day cancellation policy. If you cancel outside the 14-day window, we will refund your deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee. Inside the 14-day window, you will forfeit your deposit, but only if we cannot rebook the room. If we rebook the room we will refund your deposit minus the $25 cancellation fee. Special events and whole house bookings may have different cancellation policies.
• Restrictions: Children 12 years-old and over are welcome in the main house. Children of all ages are welcome in the Carriage House. Pets are welcome in the Carriage House, as well. No smoking, please.
• Room rates in the main house include a 3-course gourmet breakfast served family-style at 9 a.m. Later breakfasts are available with prior arrangements. Guests who must leave early will have a Continental breakfast left in their room the evening before.
•  Whole house bookings require a contract and a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Please call for more information.
•  Room rates in the Brackenridge House Blansett Barn Carriage House include coffee and tea and a light Continental breakfast.
•  Both the Brackenridge House and the Brackenridge House Blansett Barn Carriage House are NON-SMOKING homes.
•  Check-In is anytime after 3 p.m. Check out is 11 a.m. Please make prior arrangements for earlier check-in or later check-out.
