Owners and Innkeepers:

Roland and Lily Lopez bought the Brackenridge House Bed and Breakfast in January 2011.

As the new owners they are very excited to begin their new venture at the Brackenridge house with all of you. They will continue to offer excellence in service and customer satisfaction and are dedicated to maintaining those standards that guests of the Brackenridge house have enjoyed for the past 20 years.

Roland and Lily enjoy the outdoors, music, traveling and meeting new people.

A San Antonio native, Roland is a self-employed locksmith with 27 years of experience and counting. He has been a die-hard San Antonio Spurs fan since childhood. He also loves bird watching, fishing and walking. So when he is not fixing something in the Bed and Breakfast he is usually walking along the San Antonio river, watching the Spurs or feeding the birds.

Lily is from San Luis Potosi, Mexico, but has lived in San Antonio for 17 years. She has been at the Brackenridge House since 1999. In May 2009, she completed her Bachelor of Business Administration degree at the University of Texas in San Antonio and has since been managing the Brackenridge House. She enjoys cooking, gardening, beading, handcrafting and scrapbooking. So when she is not with guests, she probably is beading away yet another beautifully handcrafted necklace (she has an online jewelry store www.daintybling.com) or in the garden planting flowers.

Roland and Lily are both well versed on places to go and things to do in San Antonio and the Hill Country.
