Perfect for those planning an extended stay or for couples with young children or pets. Coffee, tea and complimentary beverages are included in the room rate. A full breakfast in the main house for adults only is possible based on availability and at an extra charge. Sorry, but we can't include children under 12-years-old in this offer.

"Thank you for providing a perfect place for our family to stay. It is very difficult to find a place that will accept young children and our family dog and you can’t imagine how delighted we are to have found your carriage house. The full kitchen made it possible for us to feed the children first thing in the morning. We loved being able to put them to bed in their own bedroom in the evening while we enjoyed a glass of wine on the screened porch before going upstairs to our private loft bedroom. We loved the neighborhood and being so close to the RiverWalk without actually being in the middle of it. Actually we loved everything about this place and we will be back. Thanks again."
